I was totally involved in recruitment and selections process. It was a great experience interviewing session. I was amazed by the capability and knowledge of the candidates. We spend many hours reading through resumes and profiles. Some are great but not suitable for the job we offer. Some has brilliant ideas but lacking in working experience. Some are just too expensive for us to hire.

But I have an headache. We finally selected 2 candidates. Both are equally experience, matured and meet with our pre-requisites. But since it is a field work and requires many hours of entertainment and networking, we need energetic, natural and born sales person. I can't decide which candidate .. and who has the better side of a sales personality ...... also will the candidate work well with my people?
